that is so sad msb. thanks for posting here and making this real. not enough of that to go around here for sure. i have a real problem with juvenile murderers being allowed to hide behind their age. when he was 14 he should have been tried for murder and gotten the chair.

This so-called hooligan shot and killed my godson, Francisco Rodriguez, 3 years ago. Shame on you all for taking this so lightly. Yes, Francisco was also a gang member but he'd become a family man with 2 kids and a wife. Josue was fulfilling his fate as a hard-core Sureno and he deserves a very long sentence. Shame on Hillcrest for allowing him to be able to orchestrate an escape.

There is an upside to this escape. It gives the cops an opportunity to shot him so we don't have to pay to keep him locked in a cage the rest of his life.

Calling a 14-year old killer a 'hooligan' is a little bit of a soft-sell, don'cha think? Guy's very possibly an illegal as well, but then we just LOVE them, don't we?
