<description>&lt;p&gt;Isnt it ironic that eBay owns 25% of Craigslist?

<description>&lt;p&gt;I don&apos;t think either of them is a media company.

eBay = auction site with reputation / feedback system and integrated payments (PayPal).

Craigslist = anonymous posting in categories, with user-driven flagging system.

Time/Warner = media company.
