As one of the Anonymous (not by any means a representative) I'd like to clear up on the "fag" deal. In Anonymous lingo "fag" is devoid of any derogatory or homosexual connotations, it's basically just a coloquial word for "person", like "dude" or "guy". For example, people from Australia will be ausfags, London citizen Londonfags, Christians will be christfags, Scientologists scifags, gay people gayfags etc. The word "nigger" has a similar positions - it's not meant to insult black people, call it an inside joke. We discourage the use of this word because the public at large is not accustomed to our a use of these words, and just as you, may take it as a genuine insult - hence the "bad PR" justification. "How old are these "protesters"???." Anonymous is comprised of people from many different backgrounds, cultures, ages, professions, religions. It's not an organisation, it's a mass of people driven by a single cause. In this case, exposing the often harmful or illegal practices the Church of Scientology has managed to got away with for half a century.
