Whoa, really Snaggs? Although I haven't eaten Chik-fil-a in years, I admit my mouth watered at the reference. But Focus on the Family??? Damn, I'll have to figure out another way to get my greasy chicken crispy goodness. Thanks for the tip.

Chick-fil-A yay? Quite the contrary. They're a major sponsor of Focus on the Family and other right-wing fundamentalist organizations. I'll get my chicken fix elsewhere.

i once spent $50 (plus tip) on a haircut at Oxenrose. then i went back the next day to get it fixed. THEN i went to the $12 place on 24th and Folsom to get the uneven parts evened out. classic Bravo TV scenario: awesome dude, great job turning my boring old living room into a funky new environment with bright yellow walls, insane drapes, and a coffee table shaped like a thumb. now try walking into that muthaf*cka every morning when you're groggy and making coffee at 7am. and then everyday after.. (see also record store clerks who highly recommend records they'd never-in-a-million-years play at home.) wow, that sounds crazy bitter. just sayin'..

I'm sorry, the rain did make me late for an appointment because three whole cabs never showed up and I know we need it but still, "Dear sky: Please stop raining. You're being a jerk. Sincerely, everyone" just makes me adore Brock.

huh, i appear to gravitate to hipster salons without knowing it. i've always been curious about glamarama, though, but not enough to figure out if there was any truth to the rumor i heard years ago that they had gotten all noe-valley-dentist and weren't accepting new clients. what-evur.
