San Francisco Hipsters Falling Behind

2227008113_56f4ab8b5c.jpg

We were in Seattle this weekend, and came across this Volvo in Wallingford. While we may not be hip enough to know what the kids at the Rickshaw Stop are going to be wearing this weekend, we do know that none of them have a car that embodies this amount of anti-hipster hipster cool. Wow.

This sticker is causing me anxiety. On one hand, I hate Seattle ("America's Stupidest City") and urban hipsters on their stupid track bikes, on the other, I'm anti-car. This bumper sticker places me in an impossible position. I may have a stroke...

one less recumbent

one less recumbent

One less hippie in a Volvo.

dear "angry young man"
If you have a stroke, there will
be one less "angry young man"
hahaha.

..... this rain sucks.

eh... i've seen a red corolla parked around my neighborhood for months now with that same anti-fixie sticker. don't worry sf hipsters, you're not falling behind, although i haven't seen too many of you around the inner richmond.

On a related note...

it's not as hip as "one less fixie" would be.

I love the Flying Spaghetti Monster emblem!

I saw a car on Oak Sunday morning with a bumper sticker that said "one less fixie" and I didn't know what it meant. Thanks for clarifying.

Speaking of Seattle automotive smartassery...

I'm torn by this post because I like cycles & cyclists in general, but there's a subset that I REALLY REALLY hate.
