Just wait until the recession hits high gear and the race riots begin. That little Marina crime spree last year was nothing compared to what is likely going to happen to the law biding citizens (you know - the ones without the guns) begin to get mugged, beaten and car jacked. Not to be overly dramatic, just sayin...

When I hear 'a suspect drove up to the couple, exited his vehicle, and then "approached the victims and started shooting," ... [and] then "returned to the vehicle and fled the area",' I think 'targeted gang hit.' You'd think the Chevron has some surveillance tape?

Any place in the city (Stillman, 6th and Harrison) that provides a quick escape back to the East Bay for these dolts is a dangerous area at night. It would be interesting to see how much crime dropped when the bridge was closed last summer for repairs.

I think the gas station shooting was Friday night, not Saturday. (I had friends who saw the police tape on Friday night)

Wow ... I naively walked that block on Harrison to go to Supperclub SF. Never again.
