Oh No, Ed Jew!: Can I Be Dismissed?

gonefishing.jpg

On February 19, Ed Jew's current attorney, Stuart Hanlon, will, ahem, "ask a judge to throw out the federal criminal case against the ex-San Francisco supervisor." You know, his case of bribery, mail fraud, and extortion? Yes, that one.

Eat it, lick it, snort it, fuck it, Ed. You are San Francisco's very own Britney. We don't get you, but we're fascinated by your thought process, or lack thereof.

I don't know what's worse: the fact that an incompetent corrupt minor politician is facing jail time for being an incompetent corrupt minor politician, or that Britney Spears is certifiably batshit insane yet remains free to kill again. Or give birth again. Whatever happens first.

A conspiracy theorist might think that the reason Gruel took this case and Ed retained Gruel (despite the obvious conflict of interest) was to set it up for dismissal later.

Won't work, Edmund. No evidence that Gruel represented Ed in a less-than-competent manner. Oh, and Ed reportedly signed a waiver.

Gotta wonder about the business sense of a man who loves to blow $$ on lawyers like this.

his own damn fault. jew was made abundantly aware of the conflict of interest.

Where's Rita? I feel more PC teasing scandal-ravaged Asian public officials when Rita writes the posts.
