Because WFB has crappy exchange rates - and they tack a service fee onto those rates as well. Just wait til you get to wherever you're going and use a bank ATM at the airport.

probably has something to do with competition in the foreign exchange business. they don't want you showing that to anyone else to see what retail rates they had any any point in time.

banks are none too keen about folks taking pics for the obvious reasons.....but some of 'em get a bit wacky. I remember going into a bank in Massachusetts and was asked to take off my baseball hat, sunglasses and to stand up straight because "they wanted to make sure I wasn't going to rob the bank, and if Idid, to get a good picture on the security cameras." Yeah, really. All I could think was "if I was a bank robber, would you even be having this conversation with me right now?" but said "As a law abiding citizen I shall take off said apparel, forthwith".

It looks like the board's behind bullet-proof glass with a teller window below it. If that's the case, then my guess is it's not so much the board that you're not supposed to photograph as it is security conditions in the area.
