<description>&lt;p&gt;They need signs at Ocean Beach clearly designating which areas are on-leash for protection of the plovers. I have no problem keeping my dogs away from those areas, but I need to know where they are.  When I go to Ocean Beach, there are dogs off leash everywhere.  They&apos;re usually just down by the shoreline chasing balls, though. I&apos;ve never seen one take off after any bird.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
