SF Sketchfest Giveaway: Mary Lynn Rajskub

We love us some Mary Lynn Rajskub. To the point of rushed-to-the-hospital exhaustion, really. If you know her work, you see that it's hard not to. Popular from her role as CTU techie geek Chloe O'Brien on 24, Rajskub is also known for playing one of Adam Sandler's sisters in Punch Drunk Love and part of the indie elite ensemble in The Anniversary Party. But we love her best from our initial introduction to her from Gilmore Girls as both a troubadour and Kirk's girlfriend. (The movie they made together was goddamn hysterical. Also: shut up. Save for the final season, Gilmore Girls had many, many fine moments.)
Now here's the best part, you can catch her tonight in her one-woman show "The Complications of Purchasing a Poodle Pillow," which also features Mosey improv with 30 Rock's awesome Scott Adsit (Pete!), for free. Simply enter your info below using our smurfy contest mechanism. If you win, you will be notified later this afternoon, informed of all the riches and glories waiting for you. If you don't win, well, how very sad you must feel.
But don't fret if you don't find the golden ticket, kids. You can still check it out for a mere $20. Pennies for what's in store for you this evening.

seriously, or some old "mr. show" episodes
ah, yes, the critically acclaimed comedy. very rich.
Thanks, SFist!! I've had a total girlcrush on Mary Lynn since I started watching 24 obsessively last year.
Thanks SFist for the free tickets! I've had a crush on Mary Lynn fan since Mr. Show/Larry Sanders days. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Mary Lynn rocked the house. There were parts where i was laughing uncontrollably.
She mostly talked about her experiences in show business, from having her "team" that gets her ready for award shows, getting spray-tanned in the shower (paid for by FOX), to having Karl Rove serve her up some "Chocolate Freedom" in the White House, and subsequently being romantically linked to Rush Limbaugh. But it wasn't her name dropping and sharing wonderful stories of being famous. She was more like, "WTF? Karl Rove is serving me a lava cake called 'Chocolate Freedom!'" It's the weird, surreal world of Hollywood, related from a misfit perspective.
A highlight: playing "Kill Fuck or Marry" with her boyfriend at a party: "Who would you Kill Fuck or Marry? Your ex-wife, your mom, or your daughter?"
PS: Mosey long-form improv was pretty lame. The bald guy from 30 rock was the saving grace.
infuriating! i had to miss the show last night. i knew she would kill. but i'm delighted to hear you won/had fun.
also, improv, sadly, is rarely funny. i hear you.
