Hopefully some of the good smaller ones will swing by here while they're in the state. But I don't think I'll be sweating in the desert for this lineup.

I totally thought the same thing... there's a lot of great smaller bands, but it seems most of those smaller bands have recently come through SF, so no need to go to Coachella...

Terrible headliners, but some nice medium and small font bands. Friday is clearly more interesting than Saturday. (Jack Johnson is a perfect headliner because I can leave before he starts and go play in Indio/ Palm Springs OR stay in the rave tent and people watch). Actually I might do that for all 3 headliners. I want to go back to Coach '04. That's the only one I've attended.
