Name That Film Shoot

While walking along Post Street this morning, we came across the above "mysterious" sign at Taylor Street and wondered where the film shoot was. Then we happened to turn down Mason and encountered the film crew at Geary and Mason, as an SFist tipster noted earlier. The set-up was all still there on our walk back home this evening.
We're guessing it was for a commercial of some sort. They filmed a Quaker Oats commercial from the roof of our apartment building a month or two ago, and there were as many people, equipment, and cables stuffed into our lobby that afternoon as we've seen during feature film shoots around town.
Anyone got any info? Update: it's probably for a Milagro Tequila commercial. We thought "milagro" was a Hollywood code word or something.

And it's being filmed at the location of a notorious murder.
The Pinecrest Diner would be a great place to recover from a tequila hangover.
Wow, great story Grrg. I'll never look at poached eggs the same again, which I love -- sans the hollandaise sauce.

Thank the union!
Ho boy, yeah! Awesome link Grrg.
Un Milagro de la Virgen de Guadalupe en el lugar de las prostitutas y las drogas!
A miracle of the virgin in the TL!
The Pinecrest Diner. Ewwwgh. Awful.
there was another commercial being filmed yesterday. I think it was a toyota commercial.
i love teamsters, so lazy and surly.
That Pine Crest is hella gross. And I keep looking for that picture of the dead waitress whenever I walk by it (or---shudder---eat there).
I don't think it is a movie because there were no food trucks. But there were a lot of cute guys milling around waiting to get to work on whatever it is (was).
They were there filming last night (around 5:40PM). Lots of big lights, trucks, a trailer, etc. Everyone on my 38L gawked with delight!
Yow, MisterSF.com is awesome. How come nobody told me about that site?
I have to plug this site, then, a treasure trove of historical building info:

That was the toyota commercial. Word on the street was that they were shooting for the matrix. They even put fake blue panels on the side of the Pinecrest, just for the commercial.

They won't make them poached "for some reason," heh...
Actually, it's not that bad, I thought their burgers were halfway decent. Now that I don't live nearby anymore I wouldn't make a special trip there or anything, though now I'm very curious to go in a train-wreck kinda way...I'll refrain from ordering poached eggs though, that'd be a little too creepy.
