Umm, is there anybody who rides BART or MUNI who would even bat an eye at a pantsless rider? Unless of course he were hot - which regrettably is seldom the case... Personally, I don't like sitting in the upholstered BART seats when I'm wearing pants. Those seats are Shangri-la for legions of crabs/scabies/cooties - not to mention the skidmarks...
