I always thought it was kind of funny Ms. Jenny just had to have a ring worth 100,000 dollars. As if a 75,000 ring wasn't good enough. Good thing she's marrying the mayor or she might as well have a sign saying "hey criminals! steal this rock from me and be assured you'll never go to jail!" or something.

Why would some random receptionist in Newsom's office have any idea where he bought his engagement ring? An "old school preschool teacher" who can't spell or doesn't proofread his/her own writing before publishing it? Mirabile dictu! Someone who has seen the Sistine Chapel and the Last Judgment but lacks judgment, i.e., the capacity to assess situations or circumstances shrewdly and to draw sound conclusions. You have to feel sorry for the staffers who had to listen to these phonecalls. I can hang up on annoying and ridiculous callers, they can't.

That's enough evidence for me, they obviously aren't concerned and don't care about people. Thanks for the shoeleather reporting, redacted, maybe now they'll get their communication office in order. I'm pretty prejudiced on this issue, but this person comes off like one of those serial activists who stands around with 20 petition clipboards at every farmer's market.

Tiffany also stood out because she'd rather say the diamond came from there. Talk about strong brand. Don't most diamonds have micro serial numbers laser etched onto them now for source tracing?
