Radiohead to Play in San Francisco

Lace up those Converse and get ready to scratch those chins, Radiohead fans. They're coming to San Francisco!
When? No clue. Where? We can only assume the Empire Plush Room, of course. But the fine folks over at SF Weekly's All Shook Down just got word that everyone's favorite band to claim that they love will be making a San Francisco pitstop during the leg of their North American tour. Eee! While this Oxfordshire outfit is no Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus Vertigo-esque mashup, Radiohead is the next best thing. Or so we're told.
For a list of all the US cities in which Radiohead will appear, do not fear the jump.
Atlanta Boston Charlotte Chicago Cleveland Dallas Houston Indianapolis Los Angeles Miami Montreal New York Philadelphia San Diego San Francisco Santa Barbara Seattle St Louis Tampa Toronto Vancouver Washington DC

A major band decides to tour the US, stop the presses!
Did we annex Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver?
I find it amusing that for a tour for an album that was released without record company corporate brouhaha, the band will still tour, and will likely play someplace like the Warfield or the Fillmore or the Civic (or maybe the stadiums, here's hoping). I'm looking forward to paying $60 + $8 "convenience fee" to see such an anti-corporate band.
PS: I love Radiohead because it's the cool thing to do, right?
Probably Shoreline. A lot of bands list "San Francisco" as a tour stop when they actually are playing at Shoreline.
Too bad. That place sucks.
they do say "san francisco," so i'm reasserting the empire plush room. i mean, they bring your martinis right to your seat. and the seats? are titularly plush.
Shawn Ryan at the Plush Room this weekend. Gay me up and call me Shirley!
Yeah, Shoreline does suck, but I hate big arena shows anyhow. Other possible big venues would be the Oracle Arena, the Concord Pavilion, the HP Pavilion in San Jose, and Henry J. Kaiser in Oaktown.
The Civic Auditorium's acoustics are atrocious.
Hey, maybe they'll play at Bottom of the Hill. They have Anchor Steam on tap and you can play pool during the opener. That would be sweet!
The critics will surely be impressed!
Their last show was at the Greek, and was amazing.
