Geez, I just realized that was a plant to the left, behind the dog. I kept thinking it was an umbrella or something and wondering who was holding it. That was bugging me more than the puppy in the laundry sack.

I don't know how old her dog was when that photo was taken, but if it was under 4 months she might have been carrying it around so that it would not catch parvo. That shit is all over our city streets and is highly contagious.
