Grisly Mission Murder

Egads. This one is almost out of a horror movie, except that it's, well, real. Last night San Francisco welcomed in another murder, this time at 26th Street and Mission a little before midnight.
An eyewitness told police that a man being chased down 26th Street near Mission Street when he tripped and fell to the ground. The killer then caught up to the victim, shooting him several times. The murder suspect then fled on foot. Jesus. (Read more about it here.)
And get this: no arrests have been made. But of course.

At first glance I thought a grizzly bear got escaped the zoo and murdered someone.
Are there even bears at the zoo.
Back to the point - um..that does sound like something in a horror movie.
Brock, In case Spencer was being too subtle - I think grisly is the word you were looking for.
thanks. it's fixed.
Nice. I used to live a block away from there.
I don't miss all the Club 26 shenanigans. Wouldn't be surprised at all if whatever happened started there.
2 things:
-if a gun goes off in the mission (aka the dirty 30), does it make a sound??
-nice touch having the "14 bullets" banner ad streaming across the top of this post.
sweet. now theres a "99 coffins" banner ad appearing right above the comments for this post.
god bless you, webmaster, for lightening up my day.
$1000 bucks they were MEXICAN or LATINO!
the victim or the murder? i'm going to guess that you mean the suspect.
i'm not sure what ethnic makeup has to do with anything here. oh wait, i am: nothing.
And tell me again why a person should not be allowed to carry a concealed weapon for self defence?
The victim, Jason Lee, was in the Witness Protection Program...
