Got the fight on YouTube - GOOD Informed BART operator - VERY GOOD Getting in the middle of the fight after reporting it - WTF!? The ones fighting are the real douches, but there's a reason cameraboy got punched...he needs a zoom lens on that thing.

Whats the evidence of frat here? Just because they are pretty drunk, mostly white, and very angry? Actually I stand corrected - according to some links some tasers are legal in CA. Only your lawyer knows for sure. Anyway, during commute hours who has the guts to stop the train for a fight. I was on a train that was ON FIRE (well, we smelled smoke) and no one called - who wants to be stuck in the tube for two hours?

AFAIK tasers don't count as stun guns, in CA they are just like firearms. So then then your punk would hire Mark Geragos for you violating his constitutional right to be a scumbag and you'd lose your house and go to jail. Might as well just carry a nine and kill the guy, considering the limited circumstances in which either would be legal, you won't get in any less trouble, it's harder for the dead punk's estate to sue, and there are more BART cars now without carpeting so you won't get as big a bill for cleanup.
