What's a few more million dollars when the City already is looking at cuts in state money because the state's budget is in the red and a $4.9 billion unfunded retiree healthcare liability. We can just charge way more in fees for stuff to make up the balance... $2,000 to get that towed car, $5,000 for speeding ... so on and so forth ... it will all work out cuz Tom Ammiano says it will. snark</p>
