. . i'd totally sue the bar captain association for all these penalties and clean up costs. think about it. your ship was forced to be piloted by some that should have been forced to retire years ago and he crashed it into the bay bridge, causing millions in damage and 10's of millions in clean up costs. would you pay for this? it's no different than your drunk friend borrowing your car when you didn't let him and crashing it. who'se liable?
