I've seen that "LMB" (or "elongated U MB") tag all over Nob Hill. I may have seen the taggers doing their "work" also. It's a team of 2 - 3 hooded dudes walking down streets in the middle of the night spray painting and magic marking everywhere, like dogs marking their territory.
