Greg: Ed Jew only got about 24% of the vote and actually came in second. But thanks to Jew's (racist) campaign insistence that Chinese voters should vote Chinese across the board combined with the magic of ranked choice voting, Jew squeaked in. Don't be too hard on District 4 voters. It could have been worse. We could have elected Chris Daly.

@Sangfroid: There should be a District 4 Holiday Party featuring bobba tea. After all, Jew managed to remind the rest of the city that the Sunset *is* a legitimate part of the city. I'll be toasting out by the beach.

My wife and I were fearful that there would be a drought of "Oh No, Ed Jew" items before the holidays. My reading them aloud to Mrs. SYFer and our small child has become a rich family tradition. You can imagine our delight at seeing this latest. In the spirit of the holiday season therefore, we wish to thank SFist, our putative neighbor Ed Jew, his ever-dwindling legal team and all of the city, state and federal officials who have brought us so many entertaining moments over the course of 2007. May we all enjoy an exciting, litigious and action-packed 2008! Huzzah!

Good old Honest Ed. Dragging out the proceedings, playing on technicalities and using good old fashioned junkie logic and everyone's pal, Denial, to deny that he's up the creek sans paddle. Meanwhile, Sup. Chu is doing the work and getting the job done. Interesting that the guy elected by the people and that crazy IRV is a crook and the appointed Supervisor is just focused on helping the constituents of District 4. What's up with that, D4 voters????
