Don't cry, Mayor Bob. The methodology for this ranking sucks all kinds of donkey cock. It assumes that those of us who get shitfaced on a regular basis (ahem) naturally proceed to get cirrhotic livers, DUI's and perpetrate Rebecca Gayheart levels of vehicular manslaughter. Just because one city is less proactive about drunk driving than another, doesn't mean there are more drunk people living there. Ditto for alcoholic liver disease (race) and fatal car accidents with drunk drivers (density, transit options). That's ridiculously flawed logic.
