Yes. Okkervil is one of my favs of the year... Make sure you get the version with Shannon Wisely on the Starry Stairs. Did you pick up their free holiday EP? It was on their site which crashed, but PF then mirrored it. The Juno soundtrack came out yesterday I think, might be worth a look.

Isn't that "Top Sellers - Songs" list the craziest?! Fergie is twice in the top 5. What? Fergie? Even for pop music that's pretty bad. Enjoyed Andrew Bird's album as well - haven't checked out Okkervil River. Will do so.

For my money, Okkervil River's "The Stage Names" was the best album of 2007. The LCD Soundsystem was good, and also "Armchair Apocrypha" by Andrew Bird. I thought the Shins album was really disappointing. That top sellers list is just frightening.
