SFist Tonight

-- At Long Last Love (1975): At last -- the fecal matter-fest that is Peter Bogdanovich's career-killing, Cole Porter-infused musical. Starring Cybill Shepherd, Burt Reynolds, and Madeline Kahn, how did it all go wrong? Find out for yourself tonight at 7:45 p.m. at the Castro Theatre; $6-9. (Psst: Best Little Whorehouse In Texas screens at 9:45 p..m.; Smokey & the Bandit at midnight -- it's a Burt Reynolds extravaganza!)

-- Bumpin' Uglies: Hey there, guys and gals: we've got hip hop, rock, mashups, soul and other groovy tunes comin' at you care of DJs J-Boogie, Duserock, and Jimmy Love at this hot, new Market Street venue in the heart of crack town. The lovin' starts at 10 p.m. at Etiquette Lounge; $5.

-- Kook Out: As we already mentioned before, artist Thomas Campbell is in town. Lucky you is right. Campbell's opening reception goes from 7 p.m. top 10 p.m. at Mollusk Surf Shop; free.

-- Ear Candy: Radio in the Flesh: A mix between a radio hour and improv night, at this show "a live 'studio' audience will be asked to choose from a variety of outrageous situations," whereupon actors on the stage will play them out to (reportedly) hysterical results. Starts at 8 p.m. at the Dark Room; $15.
