The tunnel had such a backup, it was stop and go all the way in. Normally this is a 25-30 minute ride. Coming home wet from the rain, I decided not to take Muni. After unsuccessfully trying to get a cab for 15 minutes in the rain (in a cab zone by the Hyatt), I opted to take a limo that was passing by. Score: Muni -1. Cabs 0. Limo 1.</p>
