matt's article was great. someone else wrote something similar quite recently about how everyone has a blog and how lame most of them are. not sfist of course, you guys rock. we have way too many real estate blogs however. socketcrap could go, as far as i'm concerned. a bunch of bitter renters complaining about property they could never afford does not a blog make.
