I care. This gives me hope. I want to like Gavin, but I can't. I can take Cheating-On-Best-Friend-With-His-Coked-Out-Wife Gavin, or My-Ex-Traded-Up-So-Yes-I'm-Dating-A-20-Year-Old Gavin. I even kind of liked Scientologist/MILFs-Are-Hottt Gavin. Those guys were human. Flawed, yes. But human. I could never stomach a guy who dates the person that Jennifer Siebel appears to be. I just can't. Forgive me, but she seems genetically and temperamentally destined for all those fine gentlemen who at one time belonged to a fraternity. Don't disturb the natural order, Gav. Circle of Life and all that.

Beth Spotswood is too smart/quirky for Newsom. I know, I know, she's obsessed with him. But he wants dull, bland, whitebread women who'll stand in the shadows and smile vapidly. Newsom is just out of Spotswood's league, whether she realizes it or not.

Their relationship is a certified scam to anyone who has taken the time to read more than what the Chron has written. I've had conversations with people, in real life and on this very site, who have had eye witness accounts of Gavin with other women while "dating" Jennifer. Whether it's true or not, I'm a skeptic at heart- and don't take an ounce of these two seriously.
