Baleadas in San Francisco?

We just returned from a vacation to Honduras, and while there we became mildly addicted to baleadas, the de facto national dish down there. They're pretty simple - a fresh-made thick flour tortilla smeared with refried beans, some cream, and cheese. The breakfast version can include eggs (yum!) We haven't seen anything quite like them here in San Francisco, but we'd like to eat more of them. So...anyone out there know where in town to get one?
