So you're one of those people who holds their cellphone up in front of everybody behind you as you take yet another picture or yet another two-minute video? Yeah, thanks for that. We all paid good money so we could watch you wave your Treo around over your head. Asshole. Why is it that more people know those bands, but not the trailblazer, Travis? They're all nondescript. The only time anybody hears about them is when they interact with someone more famous than they are, possibly involving children. So, how much did you pay for your ticket?

I love you for reviewing Travis (just posting it on their official messageboard that I've been a part of for over 4 years!) They're my favorite band and you're right, they don't get the props they deserve...but like you said, it means we can enjoy them in small venues. I also got to see them Saturday night at the House of Blues in Anaheim and it was such a small venue that it was packed and the crowd was buzzing. You could definitely tell Fran felt it and included a few songs that weren't on the set list (their cover of Baby One More Time and Blue Flashing Light). Thanks for bringing them to SFist readers' attention!
