why was the headline changed from 'DUI' to 'Public Intoxication'? there was a comment pointing out the mistake.

hmmm, Hunters has everybody off their premises by 2:05 at the latest, (trust me, they have wrestled half a beer off of me there at the end of a night out), but he was not arrested until 3:45, and still could not stand. It must have been one hell of a sidewalk sale...

yes, as stated in the headline, he was busted for public intoxication.

not to break up the DUI party, but the article says suspicion of public intoxication, which is about an order of magnitude less serious than DUI. it is not, in fact, DUI at all. but i guess sensational headlines are important.
