lol! i fail to see why the headline can't just say, hit and run kills homeless woman in oakland it's just as dramatic and makes all the same folks stop and spend 30 seconds of their busy lives reading the story.

her alleged homelessness has no point to the story. seeing as how she has yet to be identified, there's little reason to bring it up whatsoever.

why isn't anyone in the media stating the obvious? she was homeless! who else walks around in the middle of the night with a shopping cart full of shit. that's what i caught on the video report this morning on fox. seems like everyone is being a little sensitive about it for fear of invoking the lack of interest or sympathy that most of us will feel when we find out the facts.
