We need a big ol' Halloween PARADE like NYC does through the Village. Start at the Castro and wind down Market Street to the Ferry building. We know how well that works for the pride parade, so it's tested and proven. That's my suggestion to the supes.

Gavin Newsom canceled Christmas... haven't you heard? Shoppers get overgenerous during the Holidays and they encourage homelessness with their donations. Better to shut it all down.... just this once, as an investment in our future. Good News: Gavin is going to work with with the Easter Bunny to try to make up the lost revenue to retailers with a world class easter egg hunt in the soon-to-be-homelessfree Golden Gate Park.
