No, not really. But that would be some party if they were.
We received these images from the editor's inbox this afternoon, taken at Castro and 18th Street (the epicenter of Halloween's past). It looks like some sort of PG&E nonsense. Waiting until after Halloween might have been a better time to cut large, grave-like holes into Castro Street. We're just saying.
