SFist Tonight (Eeek! Edition)

-- Eraserhead (1977): More than just a t-shirt you saw all the art majors sport in college, it's one of David Lynch's first films. And it's sort of spooky in that David Lynch sort-of-but-not-exactly-creepy kind of way. Screens tonight at 7 p.m. and 8:50 at the Castro Theatre; $6-9.

-- The Haunted Laundromat: A Pre-Halloween Spooktacular: SOMA's cafe, laundromat, and intimate venue of choice is have a scary bash, complete with candy and costumes. So, throw in a load of white while you listen to local rok and alt-country care of Palace Family Steak House, the Slow Poisoner, Ol' Cheeky Bastard, and Wish Inflicted. Starts at 8 p.m. at Brainwash; free.

-- Circus Scare Us: Family fun! To wit: "held at Mama Calizo's Voice Factory. A joint benefit to support the Dreamtime Circus, and Circole Creations' tour of India. [Expect] food, drink, art, undead music, juggling, acrobatics, boolesque, dance, storytelling, and comedy! What else can you ask for? No one turned away for lack of funds! No good reason not to go!" So, there you have it. Starts at 7:30 p.m. at Mama Calizo's Voice Factory; sliding-scale.
