SFist Photo: Where Will You Go This No-Halloween?

Just a couple of queens in the Castro, along with their masked wrestler fan. This was the scene 364 days ago at Market and Castro. Where will the Queens of Hearts and Diamonds go this year?

Let's say you've got all your All Saints' Eve transportation hassles worked out. The next question is ... where are you going to go?

The hallow'ed New York Times seems to think that no souls, not even "costumeless outsiders", will show up for "Nightmare on Castro Street." Mmmm. Well then, where else is there to go?

The City of San Francisco offers tons of alternatives for you. How about the Hillsdale Shopping Center Monster Bash in neighboring San Mateo County? That's on the list of official alternatives, so it must be good. What about Polk Street? Anything going to happen there? Or maybe you're just going to stay home? Please let us know. Have a safe and happy Halloween!

If I had a condom on my mouth, yes, and yes.

Newsom... making sure to piss-off Castro Halloween partygoers. If the city did a sanctioned event in the Castro, they'd spend less on police overtime since you don't need 600 cops and putting them on hazard pay if they get into riot gear.
