I say we add a "swift kick to the ass" competition on MUNI for the idiots who toss trash/food scraps/nail clippings/crap du jour on the floor, piss on the seats and cause mayhem at the back of the bus.

So, has anyone else noticed that Justin Herman Plaza is occupied with the trucks and construction of the season ice rink right now? Yeah, um, not quite the same amount of room as might otherwise be available for this event ... I'm just sayin'....

Hm, I was thinking of those heavy cardboard poster-shipping tubes. I'm going to hope these are more like the weak gift wrap tubes. Either way, IT'S ON.

i think it's safe to say that this isn't much overlap between this event and Ren Faire/Burning Man garbage. i mean, you get to hit people. only fun can come of that. (though i wouldn't bother dressing up in costume.)

i say we replace the cardboard tubes with real swords freshly sharpened, but not change the name of the leage so that only the kind of people who would show up to such a thing will be the only participants.

It'll be much more effective if you put something inside the cardboard tube. e.g. pebbles, rocks, bricks, lead weights.
