I mean, don't we have enough problems right now with speculators, developers, and yuppie idiots buying up properties with the only intent being to find a way to jack up the price and "flip" it? We need real estate that's going to get cheap and stay that way. People who are buying property because they intend to live there, not because they're concerned with being able to sell it in the future. Investment?
