<description>&lt;p&gt;When the Police first heard about this they immediately ruled-out Culpepper as a suspect because the bullets actually hit their intended target.

And just to make this absolutely clear, this was a non-football related incident. Just so you know, non-football, nothing to do with the football. It was about something else, completly unrelated to football. It might possibly be connected to knitting, or French people, but not football. If you&apos;re thinking about football right now and happen to also think about this shooting, do not in any way connect the two, because they are unreleated. Like totally the opposite of Ely and Peyton. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
