I love that it is flanked by two of the uglier/drearier buildings in the neighborhood. Although, the windowless PacblSBATT building is kinda creepy cool in a way.

The building looks like a row apartment like you'd see in the Moscow outskirts where the factory workers live. I'll bet the whole thing pancakes flat in a good earthquake. If you buy, insist on the top floor units.

To me, it sounds like a club. Will the residents have to stand in line and pay a cover charge every time they come home? Or not even be able to come home at all unless they're dressed right?

I think the name sounds like a cologne. Too bad it isn't just called 501 Folsom (or whatever the address is). I just know I look forward to folks populating these new high-rise condos sooner rather than later ... so that more shops and restaurants open around them sooner rather than later.
