Just Shoot Us

Attention citizenry! The SFPD needs your help. Especially if you're a web designer. They're currently conducting a poll, with the help of a Massachusetts company called, ominously, the Public Safety Strategies Group. Do you like foot patrols? Do you know where your police station is? Have you been the victim of a crime lately? These and other exciting questions will be answered on tonight's episode of "The San Francisco Police Effectiveness Review"!

Sadly, the website is a little confusing -- a lot of blah blah blah, and their plans for implementation are alarmingly sparse. And what's the difference between "Not Aware" and "Don't Know"? Navigating through the poll isn't entirely intuitive, but you're a clever person so you'll probably be able to figure it out. And once you complete it -- complete it again! There's nothing preventing you from taking the poll again and again and again. And again.

Of course, in the time it takes you to complete the poll, something like eighteen people will be gunned down in the city. And a bunch of black people will be oppressed because they're all a bunch of gang members or something. Fun times in the happiest city on Earth!
