There's a really good documentary made by SF filmmaker Blake Wiers that I highly recommend. it is "New Urban Cowboy: The Labors of Michael Arth" and it's all about how this guy moved to the slummiest part of Deland, FL and transformed it from a crack house hell to a really nice neighborhood.

Looking forward to someone finally calling out Michael Moore on his s**t. It was cute the first time, but it gets less cute the more people actually take his word as gold.
