Gregory House is one of the best characters on TV. The show is awesome - though I'll be missing Cameron quite a bit. I'm interested to see how the show will survive missing the three lead characters! Really though - start from Season 1. It's worth it. Such a great show!

Yeah, House is pretty good, but mostly on the strength of the fantastic Hugh Laurie. Here is the plot of House: person mysteriously falls ill with fatal symptoms, is admitted. House is not interested in the case. Person is treated and begins to recover. Method of recovery creates new set of symptoms more fatal than the first. House is newly intrigued and pops some pills to celebrate. House's staff suggest new method of treatment that nearly kills patient. House's boss wears shamelessly low-cut blouse and tight skirt on her admittedly great behind. House has eureka moment, needlessly frightens family and saves patient.
