Well compared to Zeke's... upscale sports bar does seem possible. The more bars the better, but I am honestly trying to think why I wouldn't just keep walking towards Hotel Utah.

I know, hence the scare quotes. It's a fairly predictable SOMA development idea, though. The old-timer locals were quite upset. Let's just hope the Utah doesn't feel it has to succomb to the same pressures ...

When it closed several months ago (had to get that in there, sorry) the Utah/Eagle regulars said plans were for it to become an "upscale sports bar."
