Maria Shriver Visits the Tenderloin For Family Day

Skeletor.jpg

Destination Turk Street in the TL, our First Lady Maria Shriver is coming to town to celebrate Family Day ("a day to eat dinner with your children"), and in part for "It About WE", some sort of it-takes-a-village altruism awareness program designed "to make [charity] service fun, rewarding and accessible."

In just a few hours at 5:30 p.m. today, well before anyone with a modicum of taste or decency sits down to dine, she will feast with over 300 families of the Tenderloin Community School. Met Blogs claims she will be dining solo without her family, which kind of defeats the purpose of Family Day on her end. She probably doesn't want her kids to, you know, get shot, stabbed, or something fatal like that.

No word on whether or not she'll throw back a few and wait in the never-ending bathroom line at Aunt Charlie's Lounge, but we can only assume that she will.

Thank you, SO MUCH, in all seriousness, for continuing the Shriver/Skeletor parallel. me likey.

Maybe Maria will meet some cute tranny hos in the TL and invite them to her next dinner party.

They would add dice and spice.

Could be because the rest of the family is otherwise engaged (as opposed to the more dramatic "Celebs/rich folks/Republicans can't mix with the TL crowd" "explanation"). I give her props just for showing up.

Love it! and Arnold is a little Beast Man-ish.

Love, love, LOVE the skeletor reference!
