Last month's showing of Fellini's 8.5 in North Beach, under the super shiny blue corn moon of August, or something like that.

The San Francisco Neighborhood Theater Foundation's Film Night in the Park series continues (non-controversially, we're sure) tomorrow (Saturday, 9/15/07) with a showing of Rebel Without a Cause in Union Square at 8:00 p.m. Just think, after all the legacy movie houses in SF have been shut down, we'll have this method to enjoy the cinema. (But when, oh when, will they finally show Speed II: Cruise Control, Roger Ebert's guilty pleasure?) Bring your blankets and check it out. See you there!

If somebody will just tell Plato that Jim has the gun maybe Saturday night's show will have a happy ending.
Just don't forget about Dolores Park movie night either, since they're another group doing a similar thing. It is a shame that our drive-ins and theater houses have turned to this, but at least they're there...
Thanks for heads up on this! Teens in a horror style genre: It still gives us the creeps...
So who was responsible for Delicatessen at Dolores Park last night?
