Lookout Behind You! Bisexuality Is On The Rise!

chartrising.JPG
The Washington Blade tell us that an Italian physician claims that bisexuality is on the rise. No, not because female admissions are up at colleges, or because coke use among male emo-hipsters is at an all-time high. Dr. Umberto Veronesi, "prominent Italian physician," thinks that:

...sexual intercourse is becoming less about reproduction and more about affection. He said that shift could, within three generations, cause more people to identify as bisexual.

Activists and bisexuals are, of course, soiling themselves over this, claiming it's not true. But we're not sure why the doctor insists that we'll evolve into bisexuality and not full-blown homosexuality. Huh. Anyway, we just overjoyed to hear that sex will start being about affection and pleasure; we've been really screwing up the whole reproduction thing so far.

It looks like she's saying that bisexuals, who have the option of reproduction-based relationships, are more likely to find it less advantageous to opt for heterosexuality, while gaymosexuals have never had that as an easy option.

Which, err, to expand, is also to say: She's not saying we're going to evolve. She's saying we're going to start self-identifying differently, tho biologically we'll be the same.

Why not? It does make sense from an evolutionalry standpoint, if you think about it.

...and let's face it, who doesnt like cock?
