SF to Represent at the Emmy Awards
Yay! Exciting news. We just love award shows! And now we have something to look forward to. Something to be proud of. Something that will take our gaze off of Ryan Seacrest’s creepy, over-animated mouth.
Wait, what? The San Francisco cast of Jersey Boys is performing at the Emmys? Whoop-dee-do. How are we supposed to get excited about that?
Sorry to be a tease, but we do have one thing to look forward to – the newest cast member. Dominic Bogart, brother of the ever-hot, ever-delicious Matt Bogart of Miss Saigon, Aida, and (cough, cough) Civil War fame, will be performing with the San Francisco cast on Emmy night (Sept. 16). We’re wondering if Dominic has the same pants-dropping (second from left), awe-inducing powers as his older brother. Guess we shall find out. Welcome to town, Dominic!
Looking forward to it, we guess? Go, San Francisco Jersey Boys? It just doesn’t sound right.

so... for others of us who are RENT-heads,
one of the other Jersey Boys, Jeremy Kushnier,
may have been the first "Roger" Davis we saw in
RENT here at the end of the Benny Tour in 2001 ...
He rocks.
Jeremy is as great a Tommy as he was Roger. Jeremy rocks!
