At 11am today a submarine flying the colors of the PRC surfaced off the coast of Pacifica. A boat was seen slowly rowing toward it. A man with a head like a jellybean, topped by a full head of hair, got out of the boat and boarded the submarine. The sub turned westward, submerged to periscope depth and headed toward the horizon.
