the real challenge is when will Muni allow them to show the Cable Cars again--you know the clumps at each end while no cars are on the route. Also fun would be the deadheading TC's which refuise to pick up passengers even though the rules prescribe same. Think a 31 heading back from the beach and then down the 22 route to the Potrero barn while you are waiting for a 22 stalled in traffic.

Next step for NB: getting accurate predictions. The big LCD display at the Powell station listed outbound trains all being a minimum of 10 minutes out. The map more accurately reflected reality (trains were ~2-5 minute out).

Next step? Get the in-shelter displays at the bus stops working on all lines. For example, the ones on many intersections at Van Ness are simply glorified clocks welcoming me to NextBus. Still, nice.

I think this is a milestone for Nextbus! Good work guys! I'd like to suggest a new topic: Hug a Muni driver. I would like the first article to be about Mattymatt giving a Muni driver a hug, because both obviously need at least one.
